Any Delivery is £150 (excluding VAT) will incur a delivery charge of £7.95. Orders under £150 net will also have a delivery charge of £7.95. All orders are shipped on a next business day courier once complete. For UK delivery outside of the mainland (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man), a delivery charge of £20 applies, and delivery may take up to 2 business days. International customers can find our delivery costs here. We currently use DHL as our main carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with tracking details.

We strive to dispatch your order by the initial date provided in your order confirmation. For customized orders with a new logo, we will need your approval before proceeding with production. Our artwork team will email an initial proof within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. Any delay in approval may affect your estimated dispatch date. While we aim to deliver your products by the original date, delays in artwork approval or changes may impact this timeline. If you have an urgent request, need the order for a specific event, or require delivery by a certain date, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you..
For items with our 24-hour dispatch service, orders placed before 3 PM will be dispatched the next day. For other products, the latest dispatch date can be viewed at checkout. We aim to meet the estimated dispatch dates, but during busy periods, deliveries may take longer. Should you need your order urgently, please do get in touch with our team, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your delivery requirements.
Please note, we will not process any plain orders without a logo—every item is bespoke and cannot be refunded.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Bank transfers (BACs) are also accepted; please reference your sales order number located at the top of your quotation
To guarantee the best quality for your logo, we need an EPS, TIFF, or AI file. If you don’t have these formats, you can send a PDF, EPS, or JPEG instead. Our artwork team will review your file and advise if a redraw is needed. You will receive your artwork proof via email and text message. Approval of the artwork is required before production begins. We are not liable for errors once production approval is given.
We offer plain samples of all our products and recommend this if you’re ordering something new. Samples are charged at full price but can be returned without a restocking fee or applied to future orders.
If an item is out of stock in your size, simply click “Notify me when in stock” next to the required size. We will send you an email as soon as the product becomes available for order.
If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout and click “apply code” to adjust your order total with the discount. Note that bundle deals are already discounted, so a discount code cannot be used with them. Only one discount code is allowed per order. However, UK Mainland delivery will automatically apply if your order exceeds £75 (excluding VAT) after discounts. Discount codes generally do not apply to pre-discounted bundle deals.

If you’re unable to view your previously approved artwork, it could be because your first order is still being processed. Once your initial order is dispatched, your artwork should become accessible in your account. If it’s still not visible, we can upload it for you. Just send an email to sales@orderworkwear.co.uk with the email used to log in with. If you require an urgent order, please contact our sales team who will be happy to assist.

Plain garments can be returned within 28 days in original condition. Customized items cannot be returned. Notify us of faults within 48 hours. Free returns via Collect+. Include order number for processing.
