Basic Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy

    1. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between OrderWorkwear and its customers.

    2. OrderWorkwear will fulfill customer requirements as per written specifications provided by the customer and confirmed in writing between both parties.

    3. Payment for goods ordered must be made at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not received by the end of the month following delivery, interest will accrue at a rate of 8% per annum from the invoice date.

    4. Ownership of goods supplied by OrderWorkwear will not transfer to the customer until full payment is received, meaning cleared funds for the entire order related to the supplied goods.

    5. If the customer wishes to change the design, artwork, or other aspects of the order, the request must be made in writing. OrderWorkwear will endeavor to accommodate such changes but reserves the right to charge for any additional costs incurred, and will inform the customer of these costs at the time of the request. Changes to an order may also affect the initial delivery timeframe. Orders requiring new artwork will not commence until the artwork is approved by the customer.

    6. OrderWorkwear has the sole discretion to accept returns unless the return is due to a failure to supply goods as ordered. Returns are not accepted for goods with custom design or embroidery, if the customer has used the goods, or if the customer has added any design or embroidery.

    7. These terms and conditions apply to all orders and contracts between OrderWorkwear and the customer, including repeat or new orders, unless otherwise agreed.

    8. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions or contracts between OrderWorkwear and the customer will be governed by English law.

    9. OrderWorkwear reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed online or over the phone.

    10. These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights in any way.

    11. Email discount codes cannot be applied to existing deals such as bundles or wearer packs and can only be used in online transactions.

    12. The use of discount codes is at the sole discretion of OrderWorkwear.

    13. Please note that the colors shown may not exactly match the colors on the actual garments. For exact sizing, please check the sizing guide. Contact us if you have any inquiries.

    14. Products specified as no VAT may have additional terms qualifying customers for no VAT. For example, safety footwear purchased individually and not for employees (subject to safety rating) qualifies for no VAT, whereas purchases for employees will require VAT. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform OrderWorkwear of their VAT status; otherwise, individual use is presumed.

    15. OrderWorkwear reserves the right to refuse orders, at their sole discretion, for (but not limited to): (a) Offensive words and slogans (b) Offensive graphics and icons (c) Copyrighted material (d) Copyrighted images or phrases

Returns Policy

You may return any item purchased from our standard range* within 28 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging and suitable for resale. We will cover return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds if the return is due to our error or if the item is deemed faulty. Please note, returns may take up to 15 working days to process.

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed faulty, we cannot accept returns of the following:

  • Goods that have been embroidered, badged, or printed.
  • Goods that have been assembled according to your specifications.
  • Goods specially procured to your requirements that are not part of our standard range*.

We promise to collect unwanted goods from your premises within 5 days of the request. Orderworkwear reserves the right to attempt to repair/uplift any garments before providing a replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event of goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors, Orderworkwear reserves the right to correct these before offering a refund, at our sole discretion. Carhartt items are excluded.

*Our standard range includes any item available on our website, excluding special colors or sizes.

 

Delivery Policy

All goods are offered subject to availability. Delivery will be deemed to occur at the Purchaser’s premises unless otherwise agreed. We strive to deliver goods on time but cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery.

All shortages, damages, production errors, or non-delivery of goods must be reported by telephone within 48 hours and confirmed in writing within 3 working days of dispatch. Orderworkwear is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost when the customer has requested goods to be left in specific locations by DPD, such as behind a bin. Claims for shortages or non-delivery must be supported by the courier’s Proof of Delivery (POD) and a delivery note indicating that the goods were signed as unchecked, short, or damaged, as appropriate.

We recommend that all deliveries be carefully checked upon receipt to ensure the correct garments are delivered, as no responsibility can be accepted for shortages or incorrect deliveries thereafter.

Any damaged parcels should be checked in the presence of the courier and signed for accordingly.
